Proponents continue to raise concerns outside the direct climate and energy umbrella, even though that context affects all the environmental resolutions. Seven proposals are about recycling (mostly resubmissions), five are on water stewardship, two address nuclear power safety and one reiterates longstanding concerns about the legacy of the 1984 Bhopal disaster.
